No Ending

I have a big family and I am working for them. I am actually okay about it, since it is my responsibility as the eldest of the family. But, I just hate it how lazy my family members has become!

I hate that I still have to mind even the simplest thing in our household. I still have to demand them to do this, do that. I'm so tired of it. I just want them to do things on their own, because these things are too damn obvious. 

Do you have family members like this or know someone you know other than your family? Can you share some advice to me? Would really appreciate it.
